Welcome to Westview Estates

Westview Estates is an all age, planned community developed in the mid 90's, complete with Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s). The community consists of 129 single family spacious double and triple wide manufactured homes, each on a lot owned by the homeowner. The community established a Homeowner’s Association and the Association operates under a set of By-Laws. All homeowners are members. Our community demonstrates pride of ownership.

Residents here are friendly and welcoming and the majority of families are more mature in age. We have a wide range of talents and interests and many volunteer their time to help maintain the community. You are sure to find someone who will share your interests.
